Sandra J. Menley:
Longtime Realtor,
Lifetime Friend...Sandy has been the owner/manager of Winkler & Co., Elgin
Branch Office since 1985. Her experience in selling all types of properties -
residential, ranches and commercial, as well as her reputation as an energetic
problem solver, has made her the top producer in the Elgin area for a number of
years. Her awards from the Bastrop County Board of Realtors are numerous, with
her being the number one or two agent in the county in listing and selling
property for many years running. Sandy is a Director for the Elgin
Rotary Club, Advisory Board Member for First National Bank and is a member of
the Elgin Evening Lions Club. She has been a foster parent for TYC, has
volunteered on medical missions to Honduras and sponsors several children in
third world countries. On a personal note, Sandy
loves living on her small ranch outside Elgin where she manages a small herd of
crossbred cows and a few horses and donkeys. As an "old barrel racer," she can
understand what her farm and ranch clients are looking for. Sandy has a broad
knowledge of farm and ranch property as well as residential and commercial. Her
clients become lifelong friends and know they can call on her long after any
real estate transaction is completed.
Sally Hoverstock:
Sally Hoverstock has
been Sandy's assistant since 1996. Sally handles Sandy's real estate
transactions from "contract to closing."
Linda Buchanan: Linda moved from Austin to Elgin in 2006. She and her husband have two daughters and enjoy family time, gardening and working in the yard. Linda enjoys the small town atmosphere in Elgin and looks forward to meeting new people while working in our office.
Lexy Graham Lexy Graham
was born and raised in Elgin Texas and is proud of her small town "roots". Lexy
has been a licensed realtor for over 4 years. She formerly was a property
manager for one of Austin's leading property management companies. Lexy's
greatest satisfaction comes from educating buyers and sellers with all the
information needed to make the smartest investment decision possible. She
believes in maintaining a professional and honest, yet personal relationship
with her clients. Her dedication in knowing the market, listening to client
needs and providing reliable and dedicated service are key factors to her
success! Lexy is sure she can show you that buying and selling a home can be
fun and stress free!
Sheila Cates Sheila Cates
has been in the real estate industry for nine years. She began her career in
Austin working primarily as a buyers agent specializing in FHA and VA
foreclosures. Sheila moved to the Dallas area and worked for ReMax for many
years where she also became more familiar with the listing side of real estate.
She recently relocated to Manor and is looking forward to working with the team
at Winkler & Co Realtors. Sheila has a passion for making her buyers more
knowledgeable about the housing market and the process of finding a home so
that they are confident in their decision and happy for years to come. Please
don't hesitate to give her a call to help you in your search for a new
home!
Marjorie Jarrard I was raised in a small Mountain Community in Southern Calif. Big Bear Lake. After High School I went to college and studied law. Then I was hired by LA City Fire Dept as a Fire Fighter. I was injured and made a career change to Warner Bros Studios as a Lighting Technician on Television and Movies. After my parents were killed in their plane (1995) in Big Bear, I left the studio to stay closer to home and raise my daughter. I worked for Interiors, a design firm, until I moved to Lake Havasu City AZ in 2002, where I also worked for another Design firm. In 2004 I moved to Texas and became a REALTOR. I sold Exotic Hunting ranches until the economy changed and since then have sold mostly homes and homes with acreage. I have an awesome daughter, Jaylyn, who is a senior at University of Oklahoma NROTC. Her major is criminology. Next year she graduates and will be a Naval Officer. I share my life with Joe Mohney, Joe, Jaylyn and I all compete in Cowboy Mounted Shooting, hunting and having fun.
Office Cat Our office cat is
appropriately named O.C. Mind you HE is the office manager! After running away
from home twice (which we found out is 7 miles away) O.C. has found a permanent
home at the Winkler office. We think his "bobtail with a kink in it" gives him
a very individual look. He divides his time between the sunny window in the
conference room and under Tamy's desk lamp, but his favorite spot is hanging
over the top of Sally's computer monitor. We think he's found a career he can
stay with!
