Born in Austin, raised in Elgin, Manuel’s roots are strong in Elgin Texas. His parents helped him and encouraged him to follow his dreams. Manuel’s parents instilled many values in him: hard work, dedication, respect for others, and to help others in need. (To name a few) One of the quotes Manuel lives by is the Golden Rule. “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”
Throughout his life he has had a strong passion for music. Along the way he has founded and helped many bands throughout his career. Manuel was also a part of the Elgin High School Marching Band. Bands that he has founded or played with include:
Los Rukis, Los Aventureros de Nueva Rosita, Agresivo, Korporal Rico, Vision, and Punto Y Aparte.
He has also worked within the music industry with many bands in different roles such as: songwriter, studio musician, front of house sound engineer, monitor engineer, roadie, light technician, driver, marketing director, promoter, social media manager, song publisher, and has helped produce numerous albums in all genres of music.
Manuel and his brother Martin own a recording studio right here in Elgin!
One of his biggest accomplishments in music has been winning a Latin Grammy for Assistant Recording Engineer in 2014 for Best Norteño Album with Conjunto Primavera. (Which the album was recorded and mixed here in Elgin!)
Manuel also helps his brother administrate an installation business in which they install sound isolation rooms, acoustic panels, stages, music instrument cabinets, audio visual components, seating, athletic lockers, and storage. They have installed in schools, universities, venues, sports facilities, and churches all over the great state of Texas, and US. Manuel has construction and project management experience.
Most people leave the business/corporate world to pursue their lifelong dreams as an artist. Manuel, however, did the opposite and we wondered why he left his childhood dreams to pursue real estate… “The music industry was (and is) changing”, said Manuel. Sandoval is still a voting member of the Grammys and actively participates in different panels and events.
Today, Manuel is determined to serve others in a different way. He wants to help people in his community realize their real estate goals. He also runs a small media company “SANDOVAL X MEDIA” in which he helps other small businesses market their products and services.
Manuel lives in Elgin, with his wife Annette (teacher @ Elgin ISD) and two kids Troy and Eliana.
Manuel is someone that is genuine, and always puts his clients’ needs first. He is also fluent in Spanish for those who need assistance and service in Spanish. For any of your real estate needs (or if you just want to talk about music, entrepreneurship, the Dallas Cowboys, or the San Antonio Spurs) please don’t hesitate to call him!
